How the page is measured
This page does not set cookies or use visitor identifiers. Fonts, images and videos are served from the site itself. There are no third-party analytics tools.
Events are recorded, such as opening the page, reaching the halfway point, reaching a section of the header, filtering or opening a piece, playing a video and tapping the contact button. Each event stores the date, the type of action and a source label, such as Instagram or TikTok. The event log does not include your name, phone number or IP address.
The server's technical logs may contain connection data when an error occurs. They are used to maintain the site and resolve incidents. They are not used to follow your activity across pages or to build advertising profiles.
If you write to me
The button opens an Instagram direct message with me. If you write to me, I will process your username and the information you share in order to reply to your request, assess the test and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. If you email me, I will process your address and what you tell me for the same purpose. They are not used to send you advertising without your permission.
The conversation data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request or the relationship you agree with me, and to meet any applicable obligations.
The test and your brand
Before preparing the free test, we will agree with you the permission to show the piece with your brand and the terms of the collaboration. I will not publish your feedback or information about your campaign without agreeing it with you.
External services
Instagram is an external service with its own privacy terms. When you follow that link, you leave this page. The information you send inside its app is also processed under its policies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and exercise any other applicable rights, through either of those two channels. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
